Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PricePilot application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PricePilot. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. The Service

PricePilot helps you compare retailer options before you buy. The Service uses third-party data sources to identify products and surface retailer listings. We do not sell, fulfill, or warrant any product offered by a third-party retailer.

4. No Guarantee of Price, Availability, or Accuracy

All prices, fees, shipping costs, taxes, coupons, seller trust signals, product matches, and savings figures shown in the Service are estimates based on third-party data at the time of your search. They may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. PricePilot does not guarantee savings, availability, product accuracy, complete retailer coverage, or the lowest available price. Always verify the final price and product details on the retailer site before purchase.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

PricePilot Black is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

Credit packs are one-time purchases of additional comparison credits. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policy.

PricePilot, its logo, and all related content (excluding third-party product data) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Third-Party Links and Retailers

The Service contains links to third-party retailer sites. We are not responsible for the content, products, prices, policies, or practices of those sites. Any transaction you enter into with a third-party retailer is solely between you and that retailer.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PRICEPILOT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRICEPILOT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PRICEPILOT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
