How accurate are the prices?

Prices in PricePilot are estimates pulled from retailer listings and third-party sources at the time of your search. They can change at any time. Always verify the final price, shipping, taxes, and product details on the retailer's site before purchasing.

The app didn't recognize my barcode or photo.

Some products — especially private-label, niche, or international items — aren't in our identification databases yet. Try searching by product name or model number, or paste a retailer link.

Why are some retailers missing from results?

Coverage varies by product category and region. We're continuously adding retailers. If you have a specific retailer you'd like supported, please let us know.

How do credits and PricePilot Black work?

Free accounts start with a small allotment of comparison credits. PricePilot Black is an auto-renewing subscription that gives you 150 monthly comparisons, priority results, and full retailer-network access:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → PricePilot Black → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles all subscription billing — we cannot cancel it for you.

How do I request a refund?

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or email us at liamgohar@gmail.com and we'll permanently remove your account and associated data.

How are savings tracked?

When you confirm a purchase by uploading a receipt, PricePilot logs the difference between the price you paid and the next-best option we found at the time. Savings reset weekly and monthly and accumulate across your lifetime.
